Jay is a certified professional manufacturer’s representative through AIM/R. His reputation in the Pacific Northwest for relationship building and being a conduit between the end user and the factory is second to none.

Brenda entered the plumbing industry after graduating from George Fox College with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology. Beginning in inside sales, Brenda then moved to Office Manager, followed by Commercial Quotations Manager with a manufacturer’s representative. Her vision on how to run a commercial team is among the best in the region.
Dan Johnson

Dan brings over 20 years’ experience, including positions as showroom segment leader and sales manager. His knowledge and expertise has him great gained respect. Dan is also involved with builders and plumbing contractors in the Puget Sound area and has established good relationships with key contractors in our market.
Andy Kaltenbach

Andy has worked in the plumbing industry for more than 20 years and is CPMR certified as a professional manufacturer’s representative through AIM/R. His responsibilities focus on outside sales where he creates unmatched relationships and a loyal following with a high level of service and accountability.
Steve Sharratt

A 16-year industry veteran, Steve is active with key engineers in the Puget Sound market as our lead specification writer for the architect and design community. He specializes in multi-family urban high rise projects. He also played an integral role in establishing the American Society of Professional Engineers (ASPE) Chapter in Washington State.

Laura brings a wealth of knowledge to our team with over 8 years of successful experience in the plumbing, lighting, and appliance industry. Laura is recognized consistently for performance excellence and contribution to success in our industry. Using her experience and knowledge, Laura cultivates strong relationships in the designer, builder and showroom segments.
Paul Hubbard

Paul has worked in the plumbing industry for more almost 30 years and has earned the reputation as the best builder specialist in the Oregon market. A former regional manager with MAAX and Holcam Door, Paul enjoys close working relationships with large contractors throughout Southwest Washington, Portland and Central Oregon. He holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Radford University in Virginia.
Russell Erickson
SALES OREGON
Russell has 17 years experience as a sales rep in the plumbing industry. He started with Delta Faucet in retail sales and moved into the wholesale industry 3 years later. Russell calls on designers, key contractors and engineers in Metro Portland & the Tri-Cities region. He holds a B.S. degree from George Fox College and attended Portland State University graduate school in elementary education.
John McMahon

John joins the Synergy team with experience on the builder side of the business as well as fire sprinkler installation. John’s personal approach to relationship building and selling is changing the Eastern Washington market. With a BA in marketing and management, John expertise is centered in management innovation and change. John’s focus brands are Delta, TOTO, Leonard, American Bath Group, Bemis and Kichler.

Ryan Witherbee is a journeyman plumber with nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial plumbing. He’s known for his solid work ethic, mentoring apprentices, and making sure every job runs smoothly from start to finish. Ryan’s technical skills bring an added level of pre and post-sale support to our team.

Grady’s experience in sales comes from the safety industry. His experience in client relationships and product training have provided a smooth transition the plumbing industry. Grady has a passion to learn and excel in all his endeavors. Grady’s position with Synergy Sales is handling all will call counter duties for Eastern Washington. Grady’s focus brands are Milwaukee, Bradford White, Delta, Oatey, American Bath Group and Arrowhead.

Nick joined the Synergy team in 2023 as our will call specialist for the Oregon market. Nick comes to us with 18 years of experience on the plumbing wholesale distributor side of the business, bringing a unique perspective to our sales team. Nick has strong relationships in the market and product expertise across our brands. Nick’s work ethic are second to none. Nick’s focus brands are Milwaukee, Delta and Oatey.

Dean started his professional career in the flooring industry before moving on to Masco as a district representative. Dean's time as Masco Services provided knowledge of both Delta and Peerless for over 10 years. Dean is now in outside sales, handling all will call counter duties for Western Washington. Dean’s focus brands are Milwaukee, Delta and Oatey.

Chris represents the fifth generation in his family as a manufacturer's rep. After studying at CWU, Chris began his career with Synergy in the warehouse with expertise in Bradford White inventory and water heater conversions. Chris then moved to our inside sales team for two years, honing his customer service skills and product knowledge. Most recently, Chris joined our outside sales team in Western Washington, focusing on Milwaukee Tool and will call counter sales.
Stephen Erickson

Stephen Erickson is a dedicated sales professional with a strong foundation in plumbing, developed during his time at Ferguson Enterprises. There, he built trusted relationships with contractors working in their inside sales department. Stephen brings a collaborative spirit and a customer-first mindset to every interaction. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Oregon and also studied abroad at Universidad de Oviedo, gaining valuable cross-cultural communication skills.

Chris joined the Synergy team a year ago with experience as a manufacturer's rep outside of the plumbing industry, and has many years of customer service and account support experience. Chris' ability to assess the customer's need and find a solution will earn customer support very quickly. Chris works out of our Vancouver office and brings joy to those around her.

Amy Secker-Lobey has been in the plumbing industry for over 15 years working as a customer service representative. Amy is responsible for covering phones, helping customers with pricing needs, tracking orders, and solving problems. Amy has a great reputation in the market and has built solid relationships within the industry.

Jordan Giles is new to the plumbing industry with 5 years’ experience in warehousing and customer service. Jordan is responsible for customer service responsibilities, as well as inventory management.

Heather joins the Synergy team, adding 14 years of experience in the plumbing industry. The past 10 years Heather has perfected her skills in the commercial sector, most recently project managing. Heather's follow through and friendly personality has allowed her to develop deep relationships in the industry and is a "go to" person for the mechanical contractor.

Michelle is new to the plumbing industry but brings expertise in customer service. She has a desire to bring excellence to our team with her warm personality and solid work ethic. Michelle works out of our Vancouver office and assists our quotation team in an administrative role.
Leigh Carey

Leigh joined our commercial quotations team in 2024. Leigh has a strong background in interior design and earned an A.A.S from Harrington Institute of Interior Design. Throughout her career, Leigh has worked as a showroom consultant, installation coordinator, and designer. Leigh’s strong work ethic and enthusiasm for our industry brings invaluable knowledge to the Synergy team.
Trevor Taylor

Trevor is new to the plumbing industry and has taken the role as warehouse operator in our Kent warehouse. Trevor was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, and attended O’Dea High School, where he lettered in football and baseball. Trevor has a strong work ethic and is eager to assist customers with warehouse pickups and water heater conversions.
